What began in 1976 as a Repair & Fabrication Center grew into the most technically advanced custom jeweler in the Tri-Cities. When Dempsey and his wife opened the retail store in 1993, they brought true custom jewelry to Johnson City — and were the first to incorporate laser technology, CAD/CAM design, and 3D printing.
Every piece that leaves our store — whether a custom engagement ring or a restored heirloom — is touched by hands that have spent decades mastering their craft.
